Where your business stands, the moment you sign in
The dashboard opens with your company's financial position, today's sales and the things that need your attention. Pin the screens you use most and jump straight to them.
What you get
Start row of five doors
The first row has tiles for Explore features, Getting started, FAQs, Needs you and Licence & updates. Each tile shows where it stands, for example steps left, items waiting, or your plan and end date.
Getting started checklist
A 'Set up your books' progress card ('N of M done') lists steps, each with a Start or View button that opens the right screen. Optional steps stay listed after the required ones are done, under a 'You're all set' card.
Needs you
A list of items that need action, ordered by urgency. Each has a severity (urgent items are marked in red), an action button, and a Retry if it could not be checked. When nothing is pending it says 'Nothing needs you right now.'
Financial position tiles
Four tiles taken from the Balance Sheet: Assets, Liabilities, Net profit (or Net loss), and Difference. Each carries a small month-by-month trend line for the year so far.
Balance check on the dashboard
The Difference tile reads Assets equal liabilities when the books tie. When they do not, it says so and opens the Balance Sheet for review.
Income to net result chart
A waterfall chart on the dashboard walks from income through the Trading and Profit & Loss lines to the net result, as on the Balance Sheet date.
Overview figures
Four tiles for the selected company: Sales today (with invoice count and year to date), To collect (owed by debtors), To pay (owed to creditors) and Cash & bank. Overdrawn cash is flagged with a word and an icon, not colour alone.
As-on date and sales definition
The subtitle states the date the figures are as on, and that sales are net of returns, excluding GST. For a closed year the tile reads 'Sales on <last day>' rather than 'Sales today'.
Company switcher
A company selector in the header switches companies. The financial position and overview figures reload for the company you pick. With no company yet, the tiles stay empty and offer to add one.
Quick Access tiles
A grid of pinned screens. Customise lets you search your menu, pick up to 15 screens, drag to reorder, save, or reset to defaults.
Role-aware
Quick Access only keeps screens your role can open. Figures your role cannot see read Not available for your role, and guide steps open as view only where you have read-only access.
Refresh and layout
Each figures section has its own refresh button. Tiles go four across, or two by two on narrow screens. On a wide window Getting started and Needs you open as their own workspace tabs. On a phone they are tabs of Overview / Getting started / Needs you with badges.
- Quick Access holds up to 15 screens, in the order you choose.
- Figures a role should not see stay hidden for that role.
