Reports that arrive on their own, on time
Pick a report, choose how often it runs and who should get it, and Fintabb generates and sends it automatically. You can test a schedule first and see every past run.
How it works
In the app: Schedule Reports.
- Open Schedule Reports and create a schedule
- Choose the report, preset, showroom, frequency, time and relative date range
- Choose Email, SMS or WhatsApp and the recipients
- Activate it; use Test Run to check, and History to see past runs
What you get
Pick the report and its view
Choose a report type, a saved column preset (view) and a showroom, or all showrooms you can see.
Frequencies
One time, daily, weekly (chosen weekdays), monthly, quarterly or yearly, with time of day, start and end dates and timezone (Asia/Kolkata by default). Monthly runs can use a day 1 to 28 or the last day of the month.
Date range moves with the calendar
Recurring schedules use a relative range, such as yesterday, last month or this week, recalculated on every run, so the report always covers the right period. One-time schedules use a fixed range.
Skip rules and run window
Skip weekends, skip holidays from your own holiday list, and set an execution window. A run is skipped if the previous one is still generating, so nobody gets duplicates.
Delivery channels
Email, SMS and WhatsApp are offered. Recipients are chosen from your saved contacts, plus additional email addresses typed in.
Control and history
Test Run, pause or resume (including in bulk), clone, edit, and a history of each run. Choose how many days the generated file is kept before automatic deletion.
Fails safely
Schedules track consecutive failures (default stop after 5) and are flagged as needing attention.
