Send a document to a customer, supplier or your accountant by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Messages go from your own WhatsApp number, SMS sender and email account, and you can see and cancel every link you have sent.

How it works
In the app: The Share button on invoices, challans, statements, bills and reports.
- Open an invoice, bill, statement or report and tap Share
- Choose WhatsApp, SMS and or email and enter the recipient
- Send; the link is delivered from your own number or account
- Later, open the same document to see who got it and cut the link if needed
What you get
Three channels
WhatsApp, SMS and email, individually or together, to a mobile number or email address.
From your own senders
Shares leave only from the business's own WhatsApp number, own SMS header and own mail account, never from a Fintabb sender. If a channel is not connected, the sheet says why under that channel and explains how to connect it.
What can be shared
ERP: sale invoices, delivery challans, account statements and stored files. POS: sale bills (the stored bill PDF) and generated reports from My Reports.
A secure link, valid 30 days
The recipient gets a link (30 days by default) to the document. The link can be cut at any time.
Shared before
A history under the form shows who it went to (masked), when, the status of each channel and until when the link works, with a Cut link action on each live share.
Respects roles
The server checks the same menu permission as viewing the document, so a view-only role can look but not send.
Download too
Reports are generated as Excel (.xlsx) files that can be downloaded or shared. Invoices from ERP can be exported as PDF and Excel, and POS bills have a stored PDF.
