Mark attendance with a face, from a phone
Employees mark attendance by looking at a camera on an approved phone or shared device. Admins enrol faces, set the rules and review anything doubtful.

How it works
In the app: Payroll › Attendance › Face Attendance.
- An admin activates Face Attendance, sets the policy and approves devices
- Each employee is enrolled with consent and a guided set of poses
- Employees punch in front of the camera on an approved device or their own phone
- Admins check the register and review flagged punches
What you get
Hands-free punch
In the phone apps (coming soon) the camera captures by itself when the face is in position, which suits one phone shared at reception. On the web, staff tap Capture.
Enrolment with consent
Each employee's face is enrolled in a short guided session of several head poses. Consent is recorded first and nothing is captured before it. An employee counts as enrolled only with consent and enough poses.
Mark my own attendance
Field staff can mark their own attendance from their own device on a My Attendance screen.
Approved devices
Devices must register and be approved by an admin. Devices waiting for approval are highlighted at the top.
Rules you control
A policy screen sets match thresholds, photo quality, number of photos per punch, repeat-punch window, punching only inside an allowed area, refusing faked locations and rooted or jailbroken devices, and how long punch photos are kept. Company default with per-location overrides.
Proving a live person
A liveness check runs on the device and is on by default, to guard against a photo held up to the camera.
Review doubtful punches
Punches near the threshold go to an exceptions queue where a reviewer sees the photo and match closeness and decides.
Attendance register
Every punch is listed with whether it stood, opening on today with counts first, and each row opens to its photo.
Readiness check
A hub screen states whether attendance is usable and lists exactly what is missing: policy, approved device, enrolled people.
