Give chosen customers their own prices automatically
Create a price group, add the customers who belong to it and set special prices for products. When one of those customers is billed, their prices are applied for you.
How it works
In the app: Special Price Group.
- Add a special price group
- Add customers to the group
- Add products and set the group's price and discount for each
- Bill the customer as usual; their special prices apply to the bill
What you get
Named price groups
Create, edit and search groups such as Elite Group, with an export of the group list.
Customers in a group
See a group's customers, and add customers from a picker. Each customer row shows the group the customer is currently in.
Product prices per group
Set a special price and a discount for a product within a group, add one product or many at once, edit or remove a price, and use a bulk price dialog.
Applied at billing
When a customer in a group is billed, the cart lines are re-priced to the group's special prices and discounts. If the customer or group changes, lines revert to normal pricing.
