Questions about Documents & Communication

Where are the copies of my invoices and bills kept?
Saved automatically in soft copy and fetched in one click from the party ledger or the register, so no paper file is needed. In the app: Accounts and Finance › Ledgers › Party Ledgers › List - Party Ledger.
How do I control SMS, WhatsApp and email alerts?
Open Notification preferences and choose, for each kind of event, which channels you want: SMS, WhatsApp, email, push and the in-app bell. In the app: Settings › Notification preferences.
How do I export a report to Excel or PDF?
Use Export on any list or report. A large export is prepared in the background and you are notified when the file is ready. In the app: Any list › Export.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. The current and prior year twice a day, earlier years weekly, and a full backup monthly. Nothing is needed on your side.
